How does the process work?
Firstly, we need to assess the severity of the crisis in your home to determine the level of disinfection necessary to eliminate the crisis. After evaluating your disinfection needs, we would make an obligation-free recommendation. Our technicians will visit your property and professionally assess the extent of damage or infestation.
What exactly does LAPS do?
LAPS is responsible for protecting your property against infestation by insects. We use different tools, insecticides, and chemicals to eradicate insects from your environment. After the initial pest control session is complete, we enforce preventative measures. We also do many follow-up visits to ensure your pest control needs are up to date.
PARKING
Our plan is to use your driveway to park our vehicle. Your cooperation with the plan will be greatly appreciated. Kindly advise us through the booking portals if this is not permissible.
ACCESS
We are also requesting you to be present at the time of service to provide access to all the sections of your property. Either for treatment or inspection purposes. Please unlock any external gates and help us by moving any items that may affect our inspection/treatment progress.
PETS
Please ensure that all your pets are secured or removed from the premises during the time of service. Our inspection team will update you concerning our specific requirements on the day. If possible, please remove all the pet droppings within your premises before our inspection/service commences.
ALLERGIES
When facilitating your booking/appointment, kindly inform our staff if anybody has a history of allergic reactions. That information must also be presented to our Inspector on the day. Our team will also advise you in line with our health and safety protocols.
PAYMENT
Our payment policy stipulates that payment will be required at the service completion on the same day. Unfortunately, we do not have any credit facility for direct deposits into our bank accounts except under authorised application through Drop Dead Pest Control.

WEATHER CONCERNS
If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the service day, feel free to communicate with our office. Our policy is never to spray pesticides externally to unprotected areas during the rain except in the case of flea treatment or under extremely windy conditions. Our friendly staff will advise you over the available options depending on an existing arrangement.
WARRANTY
Our guiding principle is to facilitate thorough and effective service delivery. Most of our services are subject to a guarantee or warranty subject to conditions. Our inspector will advise you on the service day should some conditions affect your warranty for the service on the day. Due to the pets’ biological and reproductive nature, it is impossible to facilitate a warranty. However, follow up services may be a viable option as a remedy to the problem. The matter will be assessed based on individual specifications.
